Prosecutors Get An Earful For Adelphia Tax Evasion Case

Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 8:47 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday dismissed a 6-year-old tax evasion case against a father-and-son pair of Adelphia Communications Corp. executives already sentenced in New York for securities fraud after federal prosecutors determined that pursuing the case was no longer worthwhile.
