Construction Co. Swiped $136M Of Small-Biz Work: Suit

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 3:39 PM EST) -- An ex-employee of a construction supply company whose owners have been indicted filed an amended False Claims Act complaint Thursday, claiming the firm took part in a $136 million fraud scheme involving hundreds of transportation-related contracts set aside for small, disadvantaged businesses.

Robert Green's lawsuit in Pennsylvania federal court targets his former employers Marikina Construction Co. and Schuylkill Products Inc., a construction supplies company, as well as SPI's subsidiary CDS Engineers, and SPI co-owners Joseph Nagle and Ernest Fink Jr.
