Aeropostale Managers Stiffed On OT Pay: Suit

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 5:11 PM EST) -- Aeropostale Inc. was hit with a proposed class and collective action Wednesday in New York federal court that accuses the retail giant of improperly classifying operations assistant managers as exempt from state and federal overtime pay requirements.

Plaintiff Edis Delgado claimed the company willfully denied assistant managers like himself overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York state statutes.
