MGA’s Coverage Suit Over Bratz Battle Survives

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 1:54 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday refused to toss MGA Entertainment Inc.’s suit seeking millions of dollars in insurance coverage for its trade secrets battle with Mattel Inc. over the popular Bratz dolls, saying the underlying suit alleged covered advertising injuries.
