Marines Ordered To Reopen $99M Water System Contract

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 8:18 PM EST) -- A federal judge said Friday that the U.S. Marine Corps must reopen a $99 million contract that a losing bidder, fuel and water systems manufacturer GTA Containers Inc., said was improperly awarded based on misrepresentations and a flawed price analysis.
