Pillsbury Nabs Ex-Stroock Structured Finance Pros

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 5:50 PM EST) -- Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP has bolstered its New York structured finance practice by adding two former Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP partners with experience advising banks and private equity funds, the firm said Monday.

The hiring of Jeffrey Stern and Anthony Schouten, who each started with Pillsbury on Saturday, marks the firm’s latest effort to expand its financial services team in New York.
