Neutrogena Naturals Line Provokes False Advertising Suit

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 5:26 PM EST) -- A California consumer launched a putative class action on Thursday in federal court accusing Neutrogena Corp. of deceptively touting a line of cosmetic cleansers that allegedly contain artificial and synthetic ingredients as “natural.”
