Android Mark Holder Presses 7th Circ. To Reopen Google Suit

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 9:26 PM EST) -- A software entrepreneur urged the Seventh Circuit on Friday to revive his suit claiming Google Inc.'s Android operating system infringes his trademarks on the name Android, rejecting the company's contention that he abandoned the mark, a view upheld by a district court.
