BP Wants Expert Testimony Sidelined In Deepwater Trial

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 10:46 PM EST) -- BP PLC sought to keep out the testimony of two experts who pointed to BP’s failures to implement proper safety procedures from its upcoming trial over the 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill, according to court documents unsealed in Louisiana federal court Monday.
