Wright Lindsey Settles Some Claims Over 'Rogue Attorney'

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 6:38 PM EST) -- Wright Lindsey & Jennings LLP agreed in a settlement approved Tuesday to return $425,000 in “questionable” fees it said a “rogue attorney” charged to Winsome Investment Trust, though the dispute with the receiver recovering assets for victims of an alleged Ponzi scheme involving the defuct investment firm may continue.
