FedEx Ground Catches Heat In Wage-And-Hour Action

Law360 (July 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A plaintiff in a putative class action against FedEx Ground Package System Inc. over allegedly missed rest and meal periods has run into problems getting the ground delivery company to turn over information about its business operations and California employees.
