Bail Set At $1.5M For Atty Behind Alleged Immigration Fraud

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 9:56 PM EST) -- Bail for the New York attorney accused of leading an immigration fraud scheme with employees of his law firm was set at $1.5 million Tuesday after a federal judge disagreed with the U.S.' recommendation that no bail package could assure the former lawyer's appearance at trial.
