Law360, New York (February 1, 2012, 11:08 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday granted a request by a proposed class of iPhone users to appeal whether Apple Inc. can force them to arbitrate their antitrust claims against it and AT&T Inc. when only AT&T's contracts include arbitration agreements.
