Judge Reverses Self, Says State Wage Claim Not Preempted

Law360, New York (February 3, 2012, 3:02 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge on Thursday reinstated a state wage law claim brought by a putative class of poultry processors against JCG Industries Inc. and Koch Meat Co. Inc., overturning his earlier decision that the claim was preempted by federal law.
