Plaintiffs Dispute Nissan's Call For Sanctions

Law360 (July 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in a massive antitrust class action against General Motors Corp., DaimlerChrysler Corp. and several other prominent auto makers have tried to fend off sanctions from Nissan North America Inc., which accused them of continuing to take action against Nissan despite knowing it had no role in the alleged conspiracy.
