Dial Body Wash No Chick Magnet: Class Action

Law360, New York (February 6, 2012, 1:36 PM EST) -- A thwarted lothario targeted The Dial Corp. and its parent companies with a nationwide class action in California on Friday claiming a body wash, advertised as an attractor of women, did not deliver the promised results.

Dial, Henkel Corp. and two other Henkel companies falsely marketed Dial for Men Magnetic Attraction Enhancing Body Wash as containing pheromones that arouse women, according to a complaint filed in federal court by Colorado resident Robert Margolis. The principal place of business of Henkel Corp. is California, the complaint says....
