UCLA Prof. Says LA Galaxy Ad Cost Him Promotion

Law360, New York (February 6, 2012, 3:05 PM EST) -- A UCLA professor lodged a million-dollar lawsuit against Anschutz Entertainment Group Inc. on Friday, claiming the company cost him a promotion by using his image without authorization in a flyer promoting Los Angeles Galaxy season tickets.
