Fed. Circ. Throws Out Contractor's Land Taking Suit

Law360, New York (February 6, 2012, 8:15 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday upheld the dismissal of contractor Laguna Hermosa Corp.’s suit accusing the U.S. of improperly taking facilities that the resort operator had built under a previous contract without compensation.
