St. Paul Sues Fellow Insurer For Help In $20M Contractor Suits

Law360, Chicago (February 10, 2012, 3:42 PM EST) -- St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. sued Arrowood Surplus Lines Insurance Co. in California federal court Wednesday, alleging the defendant is refusing to share defense and indemnity costs for American Renovation and Construction Co.'s multimillion-dollar contract dispute with the government.
