Frontier Wants Protective Order For CEO Deposition

Law360, New York (July 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Frontier Airlines has asked for a protective order putting the deposition of its CEO on hold, in a case travel agents filed against major airlines for allegedly conspiring to stifle ticket sales commissions.

Frontier has contended the plaintiffs' complaint is “inadequate” by Twombly standards, and it is hoping Judge Peter Economus will agree.

In a Thursday motion, Frontier said it had been forthcoming and agreed to schedule a deposition of CEO Jeff Potter.
