Chrysler Hung Drivers With Leaky Sunroofs Out To Dry: Suit

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 6:04 PM EST) -- Two Jeep owners filed a putative class action against Chrysler Group LLC in New Jersey federal court Thursday, alleging sunroofs in a variety of Chrysler models are defective and prone to leaking, but that the company won't fix them under warranty.
