JF Lehman Scoops Up Seacor Spill Response Cos. For $97M

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 5:13 PM EST) -- Maritime-focused private equity firm J.F. Lehman & Co. agreed Thursday to purchase two of Florida-based Seacor Holdings Inc.'s emergency spill response businesses and their affiliates in a deal valued at $97 million, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
