Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 5:22 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday ruled that a group of Chinese companies cannot appeal his denial of their bid to exit multidistrict antitrust litigation over vitamin C, despite their claim that the Chinese government compelled them to fix prices.
