BCI's CEO May Have Used Co. Cash For Luxury Home: Ex-VP

Law360, New York (February 9, 2012, 7:33 PM EST) -- An ex-employee of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. testified at the Illinois criminal fraud trial of the company and two executives Thursday that one of the defendants allegedly used $1 million in company cash to put down a security deposit on a luxury home.
