Skin Cream Co. Gussied Up Anti-Wrinkle Claims: Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2012, 2:55 PM EST) -- The maker of ReJuv skin cream was slapped with a class action in California on Wednesday claiming the company engaged in “snake oil salesmen” tactics to hawk the product as a reducer of wrinkles.

Cross Atlantic Commodities Inc. does not possess scientific evidence to back up its assertions that ReJuv products restore skin and shrink wrinkle size and depth, according to a complaint filed in state court by Los Angeles County resident Lacey Barnes.
