'Last Samurai' Suit Won't Be Slayed Over Phony Docs

Law360, Los Angeles (February 13, 2012, 8:57 PM EST) -- A California federal judge indicated Monday that he would not toss a lawsuit accusing Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. of stealing the idea for the 2003 blockbuster "The Last Samurai" despite allegations that the screenwriters who filed the suit likely used forged documents.
