Steiner Family To Build 50-Story Rental Hub In Brooklyn

Law360, New York (February 13, 2012, 8:15 PM EST) -- Family-owned development firm Steiner NYC will build a 50-plus-story rental tower in the previously neglected southeastern corner of downtown Brooklyn, the firm announced Monday.

The L-shaped tower, dubbed The Hub, will feature 720 rental units and loads of amenities, according to a statement the Steiner family issued Monday. The Hub will also feature retail space and parking for more than 250 vehicles, the Steiners said.
