Investors Say Hotel Group Lied In Air Rights Deals

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 12:36 PM EST) -- A group of Missouri investors who purchased air rights in the form of ownership of individual rooms in a Branson, Mo., Hilton hotel development filed a putative class action Monday against the hotel's developer and real estate agent, claiming they were misled about the rooms' potential investment value.
