NY Comedy Club Sues Filmmakers Over Failed Documentary

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 2:43 PM EST) -- The owners of the Comic Strip, a legendary New York comedy club that has hosted Eddie Murphy and Jerry Seinfeld, sued a documentary studio on Tuesday, alleging the filmmakers violated a filming agreement and plan to use footage without authorization.
