Ceglia To Cover Facebook Fees After Ignoring Info Requests

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 3:55 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday ordered Paul Ceglia, the man suing Facebook Inc. and its founder Mark Zuckerberg for a half-ownership stake in the company, to pay $76,000 in attorneys' fees for ignoring court orders to hand over email account information related to the case.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio said the awarding of attorneys' fees was appropriate after Ceglia failed to produce certain email account information including addresses and passwords for all the email accounts he has used since 2003.
