ITT Systems Wins Protest Of Army's Award To Lockheed

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 7:58 PM EST) -- The U.S. Army did not justify its decision to increase by $14 million ITT Systems Corp.'s price for a logistics support services task order that went to Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems Inc., a government watchdog said in a ruling released Wednesday.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office sustained ITT's protest and recommended that the Army re-evaluate proposals for providing logistics support services at Fort Bragg, N.C.; make a new selection based on that reevaluation; and pay ITT's protest costs.
