Carlyle, Extell Appeal Order For $16M In Condo Refunds

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 2:42 PM EST) -- Attorneys for a joint venture between Carlyle Realty Partners and Extell Development have appealed a New York state court order for them to return $16 million in down payments for the Rushmore condominium in Manhattan, according to court documents made public Thursday.
