NY Public Library Starts Next Phase Of $1B Revamp

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 4:41 PM EST) -- The board of trustees for the New York Public Library has voted to move forward on a proposed $1 billion overhaul of the library system, which includes a $300 million construction project at its flagship branch in midtown Manhattan, the organization announced Thursday.
