3rd Circ. Nixes IP Suit Over Cory Booker Reality Show

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 6:01 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Thursday refused to reinstate a $21 million copyright lawsuit brought against Newark, N.J., Mayor Cory Booker and the Sundance Channel by a writer who claimed the documentary series “Brick City” ripped off his novel.
