NYC Building's $80M Glass Facade Broke Lease: Landlord

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 6:58 PM EST) -- The landlord of a 26-story midtown Manhattan office building told a New York state appeals court during a hearing Thursday that the company leasing the building had broken its lucrative lease by adding an $80 million glass facade onto the building.
