Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 7:20 PM EST) -- The heirs of famed author Edgar Rice Burroughs sued three comic book publishers in New York federal court Thursday, claiming they published trademark-infringing knock-offs of Burroughs' Tarzan stories and his John Carter of Mars science fiction series.
