Sci-Fi Author's Estate Drops 'Adjustment Bureau' Royalty Suit

Law360, New York (February 17, 2012, 6:29 PM EST) -- The estate of science fiction writer Philip K. Dick dropped a copyright suit Friday accusing the makers of “The Adjustment Bureau” — a film adaptation of a Dick story — of cheating it out of royalties, after a California federal judge ruled its contract claims belonged in state court.
