Microsoft Files EU Complaint Against Motorola, Google

Law360, New York (February 22, 2012, 7:45 PM EST) -- Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday lodged a competition complaint with the European Commission against Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. and its soon-to-be parent Google Inc., alleging Motorola is charging too much for its patents and trying to block sales of Microsoft products.
