Halliburton Appeal Too Late After High Court Ruling: Investors

Law360, New York (February 22, 2012, 10:56 PM EST) -- Investors in a long-running securities suit against Halliburton Co. argued Wednesday that Halliburton’s arguments in appealing their class certification are too late after the Supreme Court’s June ruling that the investors did not have to prove their claims to qualify for certification.
