Ex-Soldier Gets 6 Months For Role In Bagram Bribe Scheme

Law360, Chicago (February 23, 2012, 8:44 PM EST) -- An Illinois federal judge sentenced a longtime member of the U.S. Army National Guard to six months in prison Thursday for receiving and concealing cash that his friend, a fellow former National Guardsman, raked in through a government contracts bribery scheme in Afghanistan.
