Law360, Chicago (February 23, 2012, 7:56 PM EST) -- An attorney for female managers accusing Allstate Insurance Co. of using gender-biased pay policies told the Seventh Circuit on Thursday that her clients’ proposed class merits certification because the policies are not discretionary and raise common issues for all members.
