7th Circ. Revives Merrill Brokers' Cert. Bid In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 4:32 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit on Thursday reversed a ruling denying certification to a group of black Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. brokers, saying consideration of whether Merrill's companywide compensation policies were racially discriminatory would most efficiently be adjudicated as a class action.
