Transport Co. Lost $14M Army Deal Over Bribe Request: Suit

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 6:31 PM EST) -- A U.S. Army contractor on Friday sought summary judgment on breach of contract claims in its suit alleging a contracting officer later convicted of taking bribes canceled its $13.8 million water delivery contract after it refused to pay him.
