Tishman Takes Nominal Loss On $186M Seattle Tower

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 6:05 PM EST) -- New York real estate investment company Tishman Speyer Properties LP has taken a nominal loss on its investment in a Seattle office tower after selling the property to a California real estate firm for $186 million, property records showed Monday.

Tishman sold the 22-story Second & Seneca Building in downtown Seattle to an affiliate of San Francisco-based real estate investment company Rockwood Capital LLC, according to property records for Washington's King County, which encompasses Seattle and most of its suburbs.
