Morgan Lewis Snags Benefits Expert From Treasury

Law360, New York (August 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- International law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius has added the Treasury Department's Daniel Hogans as a partner in its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice in Washington, D.C.

Hogans focuses his practice on handling a variety of benefits and compensation matters, including equity and incentive compensation plans, employment arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, ERISA, qualified retirement plans, and pension and profit-sharing plans.
