Foreclosures Can Survive Flawed Notice: NJ High Court

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 8:59 PM EST) -- New Jersey's top court handed U.S. Bank NA a win Monday in a major ruling for the mortgage industry, saying state trial courts are not required to dismiss foreclosure cases if there are defects in paperwork, despite a lower court's contrary decision in a separate case.
