Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 1:55 PM EST) -- The top three Republican presidential hopefuls were hit Monday with a patent infringement suit in California federal court over their Facebook pages, making them the latest targets of a doctor and patient website that claims the social network relies on protected technology.
