Fish & Richardson Hid Relationship With Arbitrator: Suit

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 7:56 PM EST) -- A group of lawyers lodged a suit in Texas court last week alleging that Fish & Richardson PC failed to disclose that one of its attorneys had a relationship with an arbitrator who awarded the firm's client $22 million in a contract dispute.
