9th Circ. Won't Rehear Apple IBook Defect Class Action

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 2:40 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit unanimously denied a request Tuesday to rehear en banc a consumer class action accusing Apple Computer Inc. of illegally concealing a defect in its iBook G4 laptops, saying the court will not consider any future petitions for rehearing the case.
