Pizza Hut Drivers Win Conditional Cert. In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (February 29, 2012, 1:24 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge granted conditional certification on Tuesday to a class of pizza delivery drivers who claim a major Pizza Hut franchise operator failed to sufficiently reimburse them for driving expenses, effectively knocking their pay below minimum wage.
